How do I know which plan is right for me?
That's exactly what the discovery call is for. We'll learn about your business, current setup, and goals — then recommend the right fit. There's no pressure and no obligation.
Can I change plans as my business grows?
Yes — you can upgrade at any time. Many clients start on Essentials Lite and move to Clarity as their needs evolve. There's no penalty or waiting period to switch.
Do I need to be using QuickBooks or Xero already?
Not at all. If you're not yet on either platform, we can help you get set up. If you're already using accounting software, we'll work within your existing system where possible.
What does "outsourced bookkeeping" actually mean for my business?
It means you hand off the day-to-day financial recordkeeping to a professional — categorizing transactions, reconciling accounts, preparing reports — so you get accurate books without hiring in-house staff or doing it yourself.
Is there a long-term commitment?
