Cash Flow Forecasting and Financial Advisory
Your bookkeeping shows what already happened. A forecast shows what is coming. I build budgets and cash flow forecasts from your actual books and update them weekly or monthly, so you can plan payroll, purchases, and growth with real numbers.
- Budget and cash flow forecasting, updated monthly
- Budget and cash flow forecasting, updated weekly
- Inventory Insight
- Merchant Reconciliation Assurance
Forecasts are built from current, reconciled books. If yours are behind, we start with a cleanup.
Answers to the money questions you are already asking
A budget and cash flow forecast turns your bookkeeping into a plan. You see what is coming in, what is going out, and where cash will be tight before it happens.
- Can I afford to hire?
- Will I have enough cash next month?
- Should I take on this loan?
- How much is tied up in inventory?
- Are all my card deposits coming in?
- What should I set aside for slow months?
Pick the level of insight your business needs
Add any of these to monthly bookkeeping, or use them on their own if your books are already current.

Cash flow and advisory questions
Should I choose weekly or monthly forecasting?
Monthly updates fit most steady businesses. Weekly updates fit businesses with tight cash, seasonal swings, or fast growth, where a month is too long to wait for new numbers.
Do I need to be a monthly bookkeeping client?
Your forecast is built from your books, so they need to be current and reconciled. If they are, you can add forecasting on its own. If they are not, we start with a cleanup or a monthly package.
How is this different from the cash flow review in Luxe?
Luxe includes a monthly cash flow review and advisory call. Forecasting adds a budget and a forward-looking cash flow forecast that is updated weekly or monthly.
What is Merchant Reconciliation Assurance?
I match the payouts from your card processor to your recorded sales and your bank deposits each month, so missing or short payouts get caught.
Can you work with my CPA or lender?
Yes. I can share your reports and forecasts with your CPA, lender, or business partner.
